Chiemsee Women´s and Men´s Island (travelling time 40min) - The castle on the Men’s Island is one of the biggest tourist attractions in upper Bavaria. In 1873 Ludwig II acquired the island and erected a pompous castle modelled after Versailles. The Women's Island is a frequently-visited jewelpiece in our Chiemsee. Just have a walk around the island and visit the picturesque fisher village.

Hall mint / Hasegg castle (travelling time 40min) – The mint in Hall traces an eventful past in which wealth meant having an abundance of coins. The legendary Hall mint tower, with breath-taking views after conquering 204 steps, is now accessible to all visitors. The Hall mint and mint tower can be viewed at any time without reservation and if not as a group. Audio guides are used for tours. Personal guided tours only possible on request/registration.
